We are currently hiring for Warehouse Agents, Office Agents, and Management Roles, and we invite you to apply today.

Warehouse Agent Key Responsibilities
- Load/unload freight, company materials, and customer cargo.
- Build up outbound cargo and break down inbound shipments.
- Transport cargo between terminals, trucks, and aircraft.
- Operate cargo handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
- Ensure cargo is checked for proper weight, count, and documentation.
- Assist with ramp transfers and tie-down of built pallets.
- Perform routine facility and ramp cleaning.
- Monitor and report any security concerns or breaches.
Office Agent Key Responsibilities
- Complete computer data entry, import/export documentation, and flight paperwork.
- Interface with U.S. Customs and comply with DOT and carrier regulations.
- Retrieve documents to/from aircraft and manage customer orders.
- Quote pricing, prepare contracts, and support sales leads.
- Monitor security and ensure compliance with facility protocols.
Office Agent – Qualifications:
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn PC-based systems.
Supervisor and above Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations and staff to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant handling of cargo.
- Coach and develop employees through on-the-job training and performance management.
- Enforce company, customer, TSA, FAA, and U.S. Customs regulations and policies.
- Oversee shift activities, resolve operational issues, and ensure customer expectations are met.
- Maintain operational security, safety compliance, and readiness for audits.
- Coordinate with internal departments to optimize service levels and team performance.
- Understand aircraft weight and balance/load planning and support all regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all staff are trained and issued proper ID, and uphold all site-specific security requirements.
General Requirements. All Positions
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Valid IL. driver’s license and the ability to obtain and or renew airport badge.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in a fast-paced, high-noise environment.
- Must be able to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Warehouse positions - * are covered by a collective bargaining agreement of the Transport Workers Union (TWU), a labor union which requires joining the TWU and paying union dues.**
