Job Summary

Support the Service Delivery and Operations Support team to ensure high caliber service and strong KPI performanceamongst all cargo stations and Airlines across North America.

Responsibilities

Candidate to aid in service delivery, aligning station processes, addressing messaging/KPI issues, creating SOPs, and assisting in QBR creation/follow up. The individual will additionally be working closely with IT and Operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Previous experience with optimizing warehouse operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Understanding of information technology, particularly in relation to WMS. This includes knowledge of WMS software systems (ePic, Cargospot, iCargo, etc), SITA messaging, and database management.
• Proficiency in excel, PowerPoint, word, etc.
• Effective communication, both in-person and email.
• Ability to organize and prioritize many tasks, locations, stations, and projects

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in excel, PowerPoint, word.
• Strong IT and Cargo Management System background
• Strong Communication Ski

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

• Work is performed in an office environment, and a warehouse. It requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, as well as occasionally lift up to 25lbs.
