Air Cargo Customer Service Team Member

Your main job duties may include (not limited to):

• Using Interfaces with U.S. Customs.
• Prepares all flight documents using computer data entry;.
• Prepares all import and export documentation, and accepts/distributes cargo in accordance with the applicable air carrier and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
• Compile lists of customers for use as sales leads.
• Solicits orders to complete sales.
• Quote prices and terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
• Estimates date of delivery to the customer, based on knowledge of the company’s delivery schedules.
• Ability to work weekends (ie. Friday, Saturday, Sunday), holidays, and days off 

Required Experience

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
• Ability to maintain airport authority access.
• Ability to follow directions and work safely.
• Position may be subject to random Department of Transportation (DOT) drug testing.
