This position will focus on support and maintenance of data within the time keeping system. This role will liaison with the field operation to ensure timely update to employee time records, handle and support timekeeping issues, coordinate and review system updates and manage timeclock assistance. This role will coordinate and work with the time clock vendor ensure setup and employee records are maintained correctly. This role will be responsible for providing support to the HR/Payroll department along with conducting and supporting any departmental and companywide initiatives.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inputs, reviews and audits employee personal data in timekeeping system for accuracy and correction.
  • Manage incoming support calls pertaining to system navigation, timecard inquires and equipment support
  • Assist with system access and setup
  • Assist with reporting request
  • Work with station admins and GM to identify timecard exceptions to have updated and clear prior to payroll processing
  • Support station and work with Payroll core team to review and resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Assist with special projects as they arise

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate Degree and/or combination of work equivalent
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience (preferably in HR)
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Customer focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite
  • Proficient in Excel, pivot tables, Vlookups
  • Familiar with timekeeping, payroll and HRIS systems
