Job Summary

Responsible for drafting, negotiating and reviewing all ground handling contracts and agreements for the company between WFS entities and our airline & non-airline customers. Maintains database and contract management system platform.


  • Works closely with Sales on contract drafts that are submitted with proposals and responses to RFPs
  • Drafts contract agreements, maintaining compliance to agreement templates and WFS Group Legal requirements for contracts
  • Interfaces with Carrier representatives and negotiates contract terms, leading to signature by both parties
  • Works with General Counsel and Group Legal on contract terms that deviate from WFS contract templates
  • Issues rate change notifications to customers due to CPI, LWO and other regulatory changes that affect pricing and costs for WFS

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-8 years in the industry, with minimum of 5 years working with handling contracts and agreements
  • Business awareness of the services that WFS provides
  • Excellent command of the MS Office 365 Suite of applications
  • Excellent communications skills

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

  • Remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
  • Walk short distances.
  • Reach above and/or below shoulder.
  • Handle/grasp documents or office equipment.
  • Sit and/or stand for short or extended periods of time.
  • Lift/carry/move objects, files and documents up to 10 pounds.
  • Work in an office environment using standard office equipment.
  • Talk, listen, and speak clearly on telephone.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
