Frontier Airlines Ramp Services Manager On Duty

Summary:
This position will be responsible for all operational phases of the following LAS departments: Baggage Service Office (BSO), 
Aircraft Appearance (Grooming), and Operations (Ops). Overall areas of responsibility include recruiting, training, budgeting, 
reporting, scheduling, supervising, and maintaining a consistently high level of service. This position will report to WFS’ 
General Manager (Frontier Airlines account in Las Vegas).


Essential Functions:
Oversee all employees in the following departments, to include agents, leads, and supervisors:
1. Baggage Service Office
• Supervise all BSO operations
• Recruit, schedule and train all staff
• Complete and submit required reports involving MBR/claims
• Analyze and present performance data
 
2. Aircraft Appearance 
• Supervise all Grooming operations
• Recruit, schedule and train all staff
• Continuous oversight and auditing of turn cleans, RON cleans, and heavy cleans
• Provide communication to any noted service deficiencies


3. Operations
• Supervise all Operations staff (Ops agents and coordinators)
• Recruit, schedule and train all staff
• Complete and submit required reports involving station performance to leaders
• Analyze and present performance data
 
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of leadership experience in an airport environment, including at least two years as a supervisor. College 
degree or equivalent work experience preferred.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Excellent working knowledge of airport customer service processes and operational applications, to include airline 
reservations systems, baggage management systems, training/compliance programs, and operations/gate management 
software
• Thorough knowledge of station operations
• Ability to create workforce planning models to ensure appropriate staffing levels
• Ability to analyze and react positively
• Ability to motivate teams toward achieving goals/KPI’s
• Ability to multi-task and handle a large and complex operation
• Excellent planning, time management, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interface effectively with other carriers and airport entities on Frontier’s behalf
