General Manager for Key Accounts

Responsibilities:

* Coordinates and controls assigned function ensuring compliance with Company standards, contractual agreements, and federal guidelines as appropriate.

* Reviews financial statements and other performance data to measure productivity, safety and quality goal achievement, and to identify areas needing cost reduction or process improvement.

* Has the authority to make financial decisions with regard to safety improvement on the station level.

* Interacts and maintains ongoing communication with relevant authorities, airport and air carrier customers by participating and contributing in committee meetings and/or programs.

* Responsible for monthly reporting.

* Identifies new business opportunities.

* Selects, trains, evaluates, and coaches personnel, including management.

* Monitors the use of materials, equipment and supplies and reviews/approves requisitions.

* Responsible for day to day administration, operation and effectiveness of a station management system, ensuring safety and security and compliance in station operations.

* Ensures that the required company and air carrier customer's audit and compliance monitoring requirements are undertaken to ensure continuity and compliance at all times.

* Ensure that all WFS staff are issued with a relevant company ID and that they are required to display this identity badge.

* Maintains and controls all required aspects of the operation in accordance with the corporate security program and TSA requirements.

* Administers practices in a fair and equitable manner, where all employees, customers, vendors and other third parties are treated with respect.

 

Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- High school diploma or GED preferred

- Valid Drivers' License.

- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) holidays, and days off.

- Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the english language.

- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
