Job Summary

Maintenance, Housekeeping

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the warehouse, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and general tidiness.
• Ensure all common areas, storage spaces, and work areas remain organized and hazard-free.
• Perform light handyman tasks such as basic repairs and fixture adjustments.
• Change light bulbs and assist with simple electrical-related upkeep (non-licensed tasks only).
• Perform minor painting and touch-ups as needed.
• Move and rearrange furniture, equipment, and materials as required.
• Lift, transport, and empty trash cans and other moderate-weight items
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to support warehouse operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to lift and move objects such as trash cans, furniture, and tools.

• Familiarity with basic cleaning and maintenance tools.

• Experience with light handyman tasks preferred.

• Ability to operate a forklift.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience in warehouse or facility maintenance
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

• Warehouse and facility setting with occasional outdoor tasks.

• Physical role requiring standing, walking, lifting, and manual labor.
