Job Summary

The Manager, Passenger Services is responsible for leading and overseeing passenger service operations across all airline customers, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of services that exceed customer expectations. This position provides leadership to frontline teams, manages budgets and staffing, ensures adherence to company and regulatory standards, and maintains strong airline relationships. The manager also drives operational excellence by productively monitoring service delivery, identifying improvement opportunities, and cultivating a culture of safety, security, quality, and respect in all areas of passenger services. 

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee all passenger service oeprations including check-in, boarding,arrivals, baggae service, and irregular operations management to ensure safe,efficient, and conpliant service delivery across all contracted airline customers. 
  • Ensure all services meet or exceed company standards, customer expectations, contractural obligations, and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university;
  • or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to speak/write and be understood by peers, internal and external customers.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
