Job Summary

The Premium Club Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of First Class and Business Class lounges, ensuring a high standard of customer service, cleanliness, and hospitality. This role supervises frontline team members, coordinates lounge activities, and ensures compliance with company and airline partner standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, service-oriented, and capable of leading by example in a fast-paced airport environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Premium Club agents to ensure efficient, professional service to all passengers.
  • Oversee guest experience, including greeting, seating, and responding to customer needs or concerns.
  • Ensure food and beverage areas are properly stocked, maintained, and compliant with health and safety standards.
  • Perform and delegate bartending, food prep, and light cleaning duties as needed.
  • Train, coach, and support team members to maintain quality service and operational standards.
  • Monitor lounge cleanliness, supply levels, and presentation throughout shift.
  • Coordinate with airline representatives for guest service escalations or support.
  • Maintain shift reports, inventory records, and incident logs.
  • Ensure team adherence to safety, security, and company policies.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, food service, or airport lounge operations; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to bartend.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout shift.
  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, rotating shifts, and extended hours as needed.
  • Regular, punctual attendance required.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous airport experience 
  • At least 3 year previuos leadership experience 

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours).
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 30 lbs.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and kneeling.
  • Manual dexterity for typing, handling small items, and operating equipment.
  • Clear vision and hearing for reading documents and responding in noisy environments.
  • Clear verbal communication, even when masked.
  • Mobility to move efficiently in tight or crowded spaces.
  • Professional appearance and hygiene maintained throughout the shift.
