Who We’re Hiring

We’re looking for dependable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented team members for several key airport roles:

• Passenger Service Agents – assist passengers at check-in, gates, and arrivals with boarding, baggage, and customer inquiries.

• Ramp Agents – handle loading/unloading of baggage, cargo, and aircraft service equipment on the ramp.

• Cabin Cleaners – ensure aircraft interiors are cleaned and ready for on-time departures.

• Commissary Agents – stock aircraft with catering and supplies for each flight.

• Wheelchair Assistants – provide mobility assistance for passengers throughout the terminal and to/from aircraft.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver safe, efficient, and friendly service to airline passengers and crew.

• Operate equipment and vehicles as needed to support ramp and passenger operations.

• Follow all airport, TSA, and company safety and security procedures.

• Work collaboratively with coworkers and supervisors to maintain on-time performance.

• Uphold WFS values of Safety, Excellence, Teamwork, Respect, and Customer Focus every day.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass required background checks and drug screening.

• Must be able to obtain and retain an airport badge. 

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.

• Willing to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Comfortable working indoors or outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Valid driver’s license (for ramp or commissary positions).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior airport, airline, or customer service experience.

• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills.
